Our standard material of coveyor chain is 40Cr(AISI5140). If customer need special material, like 40CrNiMo(AISI8640/8642) that is also available.

For cast stainless steel chain, we don't add any oil or grease.

Usually our trolley without any grease, because we are not sure our customer need which temperature grease. But Of course, we can add grease in advance if customer have the request. Nomal temperature and high temperature grease are available (within 200℃)

Compared other parts, pin easy to wear and tear, so usually it made of material 42CrMo.ZMIE have standard pin, oil groove pin, smooth pin, extended pin and master pin. 

The common materials of ZMIE cast chain are casting alloy steel ZG45\ZG40Cr，casting stainless steel ZG304\ZG316\ZG420，spheroidal graphite cast iron QT500-7，malleable cast iron KTZ650-02, etc.

Usually materials of our forged rivetless chain are 40Cr\42CrMo\40CrNiMo.Usually materials of forged link chain are 20Cr\40Cr\42CrMo\20CrMnTi.Besides, zinc plated and yellow zinc plated are available
