For a pair overhead trolley, need 2 bolts and nuts, 2 H-attachments or 1 I-attachment. For a load bar assembled, need 2 pairs overhead trolley, 4 bolts and nuts, 2 B-attachments, 2 spherical washer, 2 bushes, 2 castle nuts and 2 cotters.

ZMIE can provide three types of plastic materials for drop forged chain. Normal, use nylon PA66 and HDPE . but the better choose is UHMW-PE, which have good impact resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, resistance to chemical corrosion.

Don't worry, we can specially produce for you besides available standard chains. But please don't be too happy, because it will need new mould and new tooling , so the minimum quantity has to be requested. and the new mould has to be paid. After reaching certain quantity, mould fee of forged link chain will be returned to you.

Our standard material of coveyor chain is 40Cr(AISI5140). If customer need special material, like 40CrNiMo(AISI8640/8642) that is also available.

For cast stainless steel chain, we don't add any oil or grease.

Usually our trolley without any grease, because we are not sure our customer need which temperature grease. But Of course, we can add grease in advance if customer have the request. Nomal temperature and high temperature grease are available (within 200℃)
